Joseph Anand John

Joseph Anand John holds an MBA in Human Development and is a Facilitator known for his high energy and motivational techniques. Joseph Anand John has been in the training industry for more than 10 years. Being an Engineer by profession, he started off his training career in the Technical field, conducting trainings like Statistical Process Control, Electronics Engineering and Electrical Engineering. He is also a Certified Facilitator by the Asian Experiential Educational Alliance (AEEA). He  has also taught at various Training institutions and Engineering  schools  at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He has taught a number of professional courses, including the Higher National Diploma, BTEC, Engineering Council and City & Guilds. He started conducting soft skills training specializing in Team Building and Employee Motivation in the year 2000. Joseph has trained many MNCs including IBM, Satyam Computers Ltd, Hewlett Packard, Komag, Maxis, Motorola, MayBank, AC Nielsen, BCB Bank, Affin Bank, Dawama, F&N Dairies, HSBC Trade Services, TLDM, Agilent, Utusan Malaysia and others. He also conducts programs in Customer Service, Problem Solving, Coaching & Counseling, Telemarketing, Supervisory Skills and Project Management.

Joseph was also a Training Specialist in Maxis Communication Berhad, where he designed and conducted training programs in Customer Service and Corporate Customer Management. He was also the Product Manager, whereby he advised and assisted the Product Management Department of Maxis to develop and introduce new Products into the Telecommunications Market. In this position, he has vast experience conducting market survey, understanding market needs, advertisement and promotion. Joseph has held various Management position in the Corporate Sector. He was the General Manager of Sales in BayCom Sdn Bhd, a Satellite based Broadband Company. Here, Joseph was in charge of all Sales Activities and was responsible in setting up the whole Sales Operations of the organization.

Prior to his appointment as General Manager, Joseph was attached to Telemedia International, an Australian Company specializing in Providing Telecommunication Solutions. Here, Joseph was the Regional Manager for South East Asia and has worked with many Multinational Companies such as Mobile One ( Sing ), Pacific Internet ( Sing ), Brunei Telekom, ASIA Wireless Telecom ( Thailand ) and many more. Joseph’s specialty is in conducting motivational, team building and teaming to perform based program.

 

Dr.Hamzah Zainuddin

Dr.Hamzah Zanuddin is an International Trainer cum Speaker who has more than 30 years of experience in the Training Industry. Dr.Hamzah has vast experience in the Corporate and Government Sector. Starting his career as a School Teacher in 1975, he has worked with Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka as it’s Head of Marketing and then moving on to the Corporate Arena, in Bank Pembangunan Malaysia as Head of Corporate Training.

He also lectures for MBA Programs at various Colleges in Kuala Lumpur. His specialty is in the field of Management and Corporate Governance. He has also participated in various Conferences like Advance Motivation Training Course for Asian Trainers, Institute for Small-Scale Industries, University Of Philippines, Training Of Trainers, THE WORLD BANK and Training of Trainers, National Productivity Centre.

 

Sarguna Raj Nadarajah

Sarguna Raj Nadarajah, is a seasoned Trainer specializing in Sales and Motivation Program. Raj, has more than 20 years experience in Senior Management Designations in a Multi National Organization ( British American Tobacco) after rising from the ranks as a Sales Representative in 1st. March 1976. After his stint in managing Sales & Marketing positions for almost 17 years, Raj’s inherent passion for training was ignited when he was appointed the Trade Marketing & Distribution Training Manager in an international company in Sydney. (Wills Australia) 1993.The only Asian in a team of international trainers who successfully developed a total of 40 modules in Sales, Marketing and Distribution Management, which is now used globally and translated in 9 languages.

After his tenure in Australia, Raj came back and was extensively involved in training trainers from Myanmar, Singapore and Taiwan. He thereon became a fulltime Consultant and continued his passion for training in various Client Organization. This is his unique competitive edge, by virtue of the fact being engaged to conduct programs in varied industries (plse refer list) ranging from Automobile, Armed Forces, Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing etc to bring on practical and hands on examples on the facilitations floor. He is the Professional Member of the American Management Institute, and is also accredited by Saville &Holdsworth Australia to conduct Personality & Occupational Batteries in Malaysia as a licensed facilitator
